Wood, Waves & Wheels: A Classic Car and Boat Show at Fort Worth Boat Club!

Join us for something different (yes, a Fort Worth Event Mark Ramsay!) and mark your calendar for Saturday, May 10th for a fun day on the lake! This event will bring together classic cars, vintage boats and motorcycles, or anything with wheels or waves.

The event is FREE!

In the event the weather doesn’t cooperate, the event will be moved to Saturday, June 14th.

Bring a lawn chair, soak up the view, and enjoy the amazing mix of vintage machinery.

Let’s cruise the blues! Bluebonnets, that is! Join us on a cruise to Ennis, TX where we’ll drive along the bluebonnet-filled roadways during their peak. Ennis is proudly recognized as the home of the Official Texas Bluebonnet Trail and the Official Bluebonnet City of Texas! Each year, the Ennis Bluebonnet Trail features over 40 miles of mapped driving routes, open from April 1 through April 30, courtesy of the Ennis Garden Club.

After our cruise, we’ll head over to From Scratch Daniel's Kitchen for a delicious meal.

Join us for lunch at the Derby restaurant, conveniently located at The Shop. Afterward, we'll head upstairs to The Shop’s exclusive “members-only” space, where you can socialize, enjoy a drink, or simply relax. We'll also take a guided tour of this impressive 55,000-square-foot facility, which houses an incredible array of cars—from everyday vehicles to exotic masterpieces.

The Shop Club is a vibrant social hub for car and motorcycle enthusiasts to connect, build, and share their passion.

Bring your classic car, and, weather permitting, we'll spend some time outdoors socializing and admiring our vehicles.

This year, we’re planning to mix things up with a visit to The Light Park in Arlington—a dazzling drive-through experience featuring millions of spectacular Christmas lights! Bring your classic car (or daily) and selfie sticks for some unique photo opportunities.

To help us plan, we’d like to gauge interest since the cost per vehicle is $49. To make it more affordable, we can share the ride and split the cost evenly among passengers. Please RSVP to confirm whether you’ll be driving through the park (classic car or daily driver), how many passengers you can accommodate (excluding the driver), and also to confirm whether you will just be riding along.

Important Details:

• Payment: Please DO NOT make any payments yet until participation is confirmed. We’ll provide more details and instructions soon. Online payment is recommended, but payment can also be made at the gate.

• Meet-Up Spot: We’ll meet at Boston's Restaurant & Sports Bar (2501 E Lamar Blvd, Arlington, TX 76006) where we’ll gather for dinner after the park tour. This will also be the spot where we will coordinate ride-sharing.

• Tour Duration: The tour takes approximately 35-45 minutes. Once in line, the entire tour must be completed.

• Dinner: Boston's Restaurant & Sports Bar offers a casual dining experience with a variety of pizza, bowls, sandwiches and salads.

Here’s another wonderful opportunity to spread holiday cheer by donating a toy to a child in need, all while enjoying a special bonus Happy Hour in partnership with Lost Souls Rugby. Help us bring holiday joy to the students of Adelfa Callejo Elementary School by donating a new, unwrapped toy and being part of the goal to collect 500 gifts - enough to make sure every student experiences the magic of the season. Come together with us for festive fun, community support, and the chance to make a lasting impact this holiday.

Additionally, we’ll have an exciting silent auction featuring unique items up for grabs.

We’ll also be sharing some important updates and announcing this year’s Lasley Award winner.
